OVERVIEW

Challenge

A company wants to see if there is an opportunity for an app that tracks environmental impact.

Part 1) To create a comprehensive project plan.

Part 2) To create a prototype for this app, reflecting the intentions outlined in the project plan.

Goal

The company wants this app to be engaging. Our solution includes adding incentives, local businesses and the community with events, store profiles and a brightly coloured illustrative approach.

Approach

Through initial research and planning, we build a solid base to then build the app and plan requirements around. We discuss all parts of the project plan (Strategy, Scope and Structure) regularly to ensure we stay on the same page collectively and all understand the necessary components and reason for their incorporation.

Execution
